SHORT DESCRIPTION

Our Sales Excellence Academy is designed to develop and nurture advanced skills and know-how for sales professionals with over 4 years related experience in the industry and trade business-to-business environment.

Sales professionals know the process and intricacies of successful selling and know how to navigate within them. Another rehash of another sales process model will not help them to excel beyond their current capability.

COURSE CONTENT

This program focuses on specific and selected skills and know-how to move experienced sales people’s selling results from good to great.

The curriculum focuses on providing structured training modules delivered by experienced practitioners and dedicated trainers.

In highly interactive sessions participants will be taken on a journey of discovering advanced Key Account Management skills, such as, identifying evolved Sales Excellence Drivers, mastering Opportunity Prioritization, building Deeper Relationships with customers and actively generating Referrals, building New Accounts and Creating Demand, developing Sales Strategy and preparing for Sustained Selling Success.

Interactive 6-day program with 6-12 participants at a site of your organization’s choice over a period of 3 months.

Your trainer has a minimum of 15 years work experience in industry, trade as well as learning and development. Depending on your organization’s base and focus industry, your trainer will be selected with an emphasis on experience in:
