Output: Develop tailored strategy; Confirm client is happy with process.
3. Planning
Action: Set overall goals for coaching and specific criteria for success; Agree on time-frame
Output: Reach agreement between client, key stakeholders, and coach.
4. Change
Action: Implement and execute coaching strategy; Observe, support, and enhance implementation.
Output: Flexible delivery to ensure client’s personality type and business situation is catered for.
5. Measure
Action: Apply changes in the workplace; Monitor, measure, and evaluate outcomes.
Output: Consistent follow-up during the program, and at the conclusion.
