| Introduction | This exciting course approaches the concept of business negotiation from a new psychological aspect. It is designed to make you aware of the effects your emotions have on your ability to negotiate and to help you master hands-on practical tools, as well as use them to your best advantage. Negotiations will then hopefully be viewed by both parties as a solution-finding process rather than a life and death fight. This training workshop also provides quick-fixes for management in communication, time management, stress management, meeting management, problem identification, problem solving, and teamwork. During the workshop, skills will be taught using lectures, games, role-plays and group discussions. At the end of the course, you will be able to apply the skills you have learned in your everyday work and you will be more effective in business negotiations.
